STEP 1 : WASHING
It is important to refer to the care instructions and label directions.
OPTION 1 : Hand wash
Hand washing is preferred for knitwear. Use cold or lukewarm water (max 20°). Above all, be careful! Your clothing should be washed gently without pulling on it so that it retains its shape. Soak for only a few minutes to prevent felting. Rinse gently without wringing.
OPTION 2 : Machine wash
Machine washing is possible if the label indicates it. Do observe the instructions: we recommend that you check beforehand if your machine has a special program that involves very short spinning cycles.
STEP 2 : DRYING
Never spin dry your knitwear or put it in the dryer. Gently roll it in a towel so that the excess water is absorbed without wringing. We recommend that you dry the clothes flat, on a towel and flat surface (table, bed ...). Do not forget to fold back the sleeves so they do not widen. Do not pull the knitted item, even gently, and remember that when it is dry, it retains the shape of when it was wet.
STEP 3 : IRONING
Ironing is not necessary if it has been washed and dried properly. If you still want to iron wool clothes, pay attention to the following necessary tips:
- Steam iron carefully inside out
- Do not press wool
- Use a pressing cloth
STEP 4 : MAINTENANCE
Fold your clothing to prevent distortion. Store it in a dry and well-ventilated place.
