• How can I pay my order?

You can pay for your orders by credit card/ ideal/ paypal or klarna.

• How do i use a giftcard?

To place your order using your e-card or physical gift card, simply log in to your account, the order must be placed in the same currency as the gift card. For example, if your gift card was bought using euros, you can only use it for orders in euros.

When you pay for your order, simply enter the code in the "Coupon code/gift card" box.

• Was my order succesful?

Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order number and a summary of your basket.

You can also find details of your order in My account > My orders.

Haven't received the summary within an hour? Be sure to check your spam, as our email can sometimes slip through.

Otherwise, write to us and we'll check your order status.

• How much does it cost to deliver an order?

Honnête atelier delivery fees are variable, depending on the country/area where your delivery is to be made. Please check the menu Shipping & Returns to know the shipping fee applicable in your case.

• How long does it take to deliver an order?

Delivery time varies from 1 to 3 days, depending on the country/ area the delivery is to be made and the dispatch system used. 

• Which carrier makes the deliveries?

All orders are delivered from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, except local or national holidays. The delivery service is express and we work with renowned carriers to ensure the best service rate to our customers.

• How can i make a return?

If you have changed your mind and decide to return your order, please return within 14 days.

Step 3: Your return will be processed within 1 workday. You will receive your return label in your mailbox.

• How much are the returning costs?

The return costs are 5.95. These costs will be deducted from the refund.

• How long will a refund take?

We strive to make your refund within two days of receiving your return.
