Taxes and fees for non-European Union countries
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the final price of our products.
If you are ordering from a non-European Union country, please note that your shipment will go through customs and may be held. In this situation, the final customer is responsible for claiming the entire shipment from the local customs authority, as well as bearing all costs related to customs clearance.
Customs duties and taxes are never supported by Honnete atelier.
Returns/Exchanges
If you have changed your mind and decide to return your order, please return within 14 days. If you have received your order and either you encounter a problem or you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order with the enclosed returning label, which you will find within your package.
Honnete will refund customers in 14 days, from the date the parcel arrives to our warehouse. If your orderamount gets under €70 after your return, we will keep the returning costs of €5,95 in from the refund.
Honnete reserves the right to refuse returns when communication has taken place after the deadline and/or items are returned that are not in the same condition as when they were purchased.
Once we receive your return at the warehouse, you will receive an email with this notification and we will process your refund. In case of exchanges, we will ship the new size selected.
HERE’S HOW TO PROCEED IF YOUR RETURN LABEL WAS'NT ENCLOSED.

Please give your ordernumber/ Name/ Adress.

Inform the articles (and numbers) that you would like to return, indicating the reason for the return.

It's easy! We will submit the return label;

Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order in 3 to 5 business days.
Once the refund has been made it can take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account. The delay may vary, depending on your bank. Please be aware, return costs are at the customer’s expense.
The return costs are the customer's responsibility.
