We strive for corporate social responsibility and ethical production practices in our supply chain. Therefore, we carefully select our suppliers based on strict standards for working conditions and social responsibility. We utilize the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) by AMFORI, a leading initiative committed to improving labor conditions worldwide. Our suppliers undergo regular audits according to the rigorous BSCI standards, which include labor rights, health, safety, and environmental factors. Please refer to the adjacent column for an overview of the points on which our suppliers are audited according to the BSCI guidelines.
Furthermore, we have local quality controllers conducting inspections at the production sites on a weekly basis. These employees are well-versed in local regulations and inform us in case of deviations from our standards. Additionally, all our suppliers have signed our Code of Conduct. This document contains behavioral rules that ensure a certain way of conducting business in our supply chains.
